biowerkzeug

Binaries for Hippo BETA are publicly available at www.biowerkzeug.com. Currently, executables for Linux and Windows are available; note that these will only run on the x86 CPU architecture (all modern Intel and AMD cpus). The zip file contains

• precompiled executables for Linux and Windows
• the manual in pdf format
• the OPLS-AA force field parameters and topology building blocks
• seven examples that show how to run various simulations (in the test subdirectory)
